Windows Introduction to Excel (7-8 hours)

Class participants will learn how to create, revise, spell check, and print a spreadsheet, use AutoFill, add/remove rows/columns, copy and move information, create formulas, work with functions, name ranges, format a spreadsheet, and use Excel with other programs. Basic data features including sorting, creating subtotals, and AutoFilter will be used. Worksheets will be linked within a workbook.
Introduction to Windows 95/98/NT or work experience is a prerequisite.

Windows Intermediate Excel (7-8 hours)

This class includes managing multiple-sheet workbooks, using charts and maps, creating more complex charts, creating more complex formulas and functions, personalizing the Excel workspace, creating summary reports, creating custom reports with pivot tables, creating and printing reports, sharing workbooks on a network.
Introduction to Windows 95/98/NT and Introduction to Excel or work experience is a prerequisite.

Windows Advanced Excel (7-8 hours)

This class covers comparing data with advanced pivot tables, creating advanced charts and graphics, using the auditing tools, goal seek, solver, create a histogram, create a moving average, designing forms with Excel, using lookup, NPV, IRR, COUNT, COUNTA, STDEV functions, analyzing a data list with functions, using macros.
Introduction to Windows 95/98/NT and Intermediate Excel or work experience is a prerequisite.

Windows Creating Excel Graphs (2-3 hours)

This class covers Excel's Chart features. The ChartWizard will be used to create pie, line and bar graphs. Class participants will learn to resize the graph, change legend colors and number formatting, add additional text with arrows and print.
Participants must be familiar with basic Excel features.
