Act! 2000

Classes Offered

Organizer Act! 2000 Introduction (7 hours)

Class participants will learn: how to create new databases, create/delete/edit contacts and contact notes, define defaults and drop-down lists, use the task list, mini-calendar, Schedule Activities, Use SideAct!; work with documents, change field attributes, account management, create contact reports, create queries, replace entries in multiple records, use mail merge, create custom reports.
Introduction to Windows 95/98/2000/NT or work experience is a prerequisite.

Organizer Act! 2000 Advanced (7 hours)

Students will learn how to perform complex lookups, record and run macros, import, export and synchronize data from an ACT! database, Customize an ACT! Database, work with templates, create and edit report templates, manage a database, and connect to the World Wide Web by using Internet links.
Introduction to Windows 95/98/2000/NT and Act! 2000 Introduction or work experience is a prerequisite.
